Permanent Partial Disability
Permanent Partial Disability award under Maryland Workers Compensation Law
Generally, an injured worker who is entitled to coverage under the Maryland Workers’ Compensation act is entitled to a permanent partial disability award if as a result of the injury the worker is left with a permanent impairment. The amount of this award depends upon the severity of the injury and the body part injured. Additionally, “Industrial loss” can be taken into consideration under certain circumstances.
I would gladly discuss how this award may impact your particular case. Please call or text now: 410 279 2348
